Sticky Chocolate, Maple and Walnut Swirls

  1. Grease a deep 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Sift the flour and the cinnamon into a bowl, the rub in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs Stir in the sugar and yeast.
