Chicken And Spinach Delight Recipe

• 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn, minced spinach, thawed
• 4 whole chicken breasts, boned & cut in half
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
• 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

1. Squeeze excess liquid out of spinach on bottom of a greased 9"x13" baking dish.
2. Put chicken pcs on top.
3. Mix mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry pwdr together and sprinkle on chicken.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
