Mexican Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Drain well.
  3. In a 3 quart pan, combine tomato sauce, corn , bacon, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Add meat.
  5. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
  6. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
  7. Place noodles on your platter, then the meat mixture, and layer cheese on top of the meat.
