Easy Egg Rice Bowl

  1. Simmer the onion and abura-age in a saucepan with dashi stock.
  2. Add the seasonings.
  3. Sprinkle the tempura crumbs over the rice in a bowl.
  4. Add the green onion and pour over the beaten eggs (pour in the beaten egg in two batches).
  5. Transfer onto the rice.
  6. Done.
