Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 large chicken, cooked and cut up (cook in pressure cooker about 20 minutes)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 pt. chicken broth
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 small can pimento
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. American cheese (enough to cover top)
- Melt butter and add onion, celery and pepper; cook until light brown.
- Add all other ingredients, including cut up chicken.
- Add cooked spaghetti; cook down until thick.
- Put in baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Put in slow oven to melt cheese.
- Makes two 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dishes.
