Banana Cream Pie Cupcakes

• 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Half and Half
• 1 tsp Lemon Extract
• 1 packages Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix (4 oz)
• 2 Sliced Banana

1. Mix together cake mix, eggs, half and half, lemon extract, and pudding mix (powder only)
2. Pour batter into paper liners and fill 1/4 full.
3. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
4. Remove from pan allow to cool on wire rack.
5. Top with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
