Fit n Fruitful Parfait

  1. Microwave frozen berries until thawed out (about 40 seconds).
  2. Cut slices of apple, banana and grapes and add to the berries.
  3. Add the yogurt and mix together until berries turn yogurt color.
  4. Add the granola or cereal and wheat germ and mix all together.
  5. Top with whipped cream (if not sweet enough then try using a flavored yogurt or add splenda).
