Eyeball Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter as directed on package, blending dry pudding mix into batter before spooning into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  2. Bake as directed on package for cupcakes.
  3. Cool in pans 10 min.
  4. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
  6. Gradually beat in sugar.
  7. Spread onto cupcakes.
  8. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble photo.
