Santa Fe Kabobs

  1. Combine steak sauce, salsa and lime juice; set aside.
  2. Thread 2 of the steak strips, accordion style, onto 48 skewers (or eight skewers for trial recipe), alternating onions and peppers between folds of the steak.
  3. Place in shallow pan; cover.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Grill kabobs on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  6. on each side for medium doneness (160F), brushing occasionally with 3 cups of the steak sauce mixture (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe).
  7. For each serving: Remove steak and vegetables from two of the skewers; place on 1 of the tortillas.
  8. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  9. of the remaining steak sauce mixture.
  10. Roll up.
