Apple Oatbran Muffins Recipe

• 1 can (16 ounce) applesauce
• 3 c. Oatbran
• 2 x Egg whites
• 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 c. Raisins, (optional)

1. Mix above well and spoon into paper muffin c. placed into muffin tin.
2. Cook at 425 F for 17 minutes.
3. Makes 12 muffins.
