Em's Couscous With Beans and Grilled Squash

  1. For the coucous, add the parmesan flavor packet and the French onion soup to the water.
  2. Prepare according to package directions.
  3. Peel and cube the squash and place on hot grill (a grill pan works best for this) with the olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the onion over and in between the squash.
  5. Grill until both vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the grilled vegetables and the rinsed beans to the fluffed couscous.
  7. Stir in blue cheese and cover until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
