Chinese Vegetable Salad Recipe
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can English peas
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (canned), lg. or possibly sm. to your taste
- 1 fresh sweet onion (lg. or possibly sm. to your taste)
- Drain all the vegetables and mix them together.
- Put them in a large refrigerator container with a tight lid.
- Heat vinegar and sugar till dissolved but don't let it boil.
- Add in oil to dressing and pour it over the vegetables.
- Stir well.
- Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
