Chinese Vegetable Salad Recipe

  1. Drain all the vegetables and mix them together.
  2. Put them in a large refrigerator container with a tight lid.
  3. Heat vinegar and sugar till dissolved but don't let it boil.
  4. Add in oil to dressing and pour it over the vegetables.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
