American Farm Style Sausage

• 3 pounds pork shoulder medium, ground
• 2 pounds veal ground, medium
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg ground
• 1 teaspoon cloves ground
• 1 teaspoon mace ground
• 1 teaspoon sage ground
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs fine, dry
• 1 cup water

1. Mix all ingredients together and stuff into sheep casing or make into patties.
