Easy Chocolate Cake

• 223 cups flour, all-purpose
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 23 cups cocoa powder
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 23 cups vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vinegar

1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
2. Add liquid.
3. Mix well.
4. Transfer to 13x9x2 inch pan.
5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 35 minutes.
