Nacho Burger
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 60 g Mexican chorizo, casing removed
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 plum tomato, cut into 8 slices
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Mix ground beef and chorizo just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until done (160F); top with Kraft Singles.
- Add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue.
- Grill 1 min.
- or until Singles are melted and buns are lightly toasted.
- Place lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with chips, guacamole, sour cream, cheeseburgers and tomatoes.
- Cover with tops of buns.
