Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brush both sides of baguette slices with oil, dividing evenly.
  3. Arrange slices on two baking sheets; season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Bake, flipping once halfway through, until crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  6. Crostini can be stored up to 1 week at room temperature in an airtight container.
