Apple Chutney Seb Ki Chatni Recipe

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 mins, stirring occasionally or possibly till mix is thick.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat and cold chutney to room temperature.
  5. Pour chutney into a non-metallic, covered container and chill till ready to use.
