Bohemian Spritz
- 3 ounces dry white wine
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1/4 ounce pine liqueur
- 1 ounce club soda
- 1 ounce dry sparkling wine
- 1 slice of grapefruit peel for garnish
- Combine wine, vermouth and liqueurs in a large wineglass filled with ice.
- Stir to chill, then top with club soda and sparkling wine.
- Twist grapefruit peel over it and drop into glass.
