Amber's Lasagna
- 16 lasagna sheets
- 3 cups Italian cheese blend
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 8 ounces pepperoni
- 2 (1 lb) jars marinara sauce
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to box directions.
- Spread a spoonful of sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Place 4 sheets of lasagna on sauce, spoon enough sauce to lightly cover sheets, sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese blend and 1/4 cup parmesan, and roughly 10 slices of pepperoni.
- Cover with another 4 sheets and repeat layering.
- Top layer is same as other except omit pepperoni.
- Bake 30-45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- *Don't feel like you need to use all the sauce.
- Extra can be warmed and served on the side for those who like to "drown" their pasta*.
