Southwestern Corn Soup

• 1 12 cups milk
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 34 lb sliced land o lakes deli American cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tablespoons poblano chiles, chopped
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

1. Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a 3-quart saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted (10-12 minutes).
3. Garnish with cilantro.
