Creamy Cappuccino Mousse

  1. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in coffee, then milk until blended.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. or until thickened.
  6. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
  7. Spoon into 8 dessert dishes.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  9. Garnish with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.
