Mixed Greens with Nuts and Dried Fruit

  2. Preheat the oven to 350.
  3. Spread the nuts on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.
  4. Let cool, then coarsely chop.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the shallot, vinegar and mustard.
  6. Whisk in the olive oil and walnut oil in a thin, steady stream.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add the mixed greens, nuts and dried pears and cranberries to the bowl and toss.
  9. Serve immediately.
