Italian Chicken Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 4 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 13 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce, Or As Needed To Cover Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all of the ingredients except the marinara sauce in a large bowl.
- Shape into golfball-sized balls.
- Place in a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Place meatballs, and enough marinara sauce to cover them in the crockpot.
- Set on warm until ready to serve.
