BAKER'S Chocolate Chunk Snowballs
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup pecans, toasted, coarsely chopped
- icing sugar
- BEAT butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
- Stir in flour & corn starch, then chocolate & pecans.
- ROLL dough into 1 in.
- (2.5 cm) balls & place on ungreased baking sheets.
- BAKE for 20 minutes at 350F (180C) or until lightly browned; cool.
- Dust lightly with icing sugar.
- Store in air-tight container.
