Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
- 4 c. chunky peanut butter
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 7 c. Rice Krispies
- 8 ounce. Hershey bar
- 2 (12 ounce.) chocolate chips (semi or possibly lowfat milk chocolate)
- 1 bar paraffin (about 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 x 5/8 inch)
- Mix chunky peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar thoroughly.
- Add in Rice Krispies.
- Mix well.
- Form into walnut size or possibly desired size balls.
- Put on wax paper on cookie sheet and freeze at least 1 hour.
- Heat Hershey bar, chocolate chips, and paraffin together, at low heat.
- Dip balls and place back on wax paper on cookie sheet.
- Chill till hard.
- Great for holiday goody trays!!
