Bitter Gourd Champuru

  1. Cut tofu into 3x3cm, dice-like shape and leave them for a while to remove some water.
  2. Cut gourd lengthways, take seeds away,
  3. And slice it into 5mm thick pieces.
  4. Boil the sliced gourd lightly to remove its bitter taste and drain the hot water.
  5. Fry gourd with sliced sausages.
  6. Add tofu and fry a bit more.
  7. Add salt and sugar, mix softly, and add egg and soy sauce.
  8. Note: mix the ingredients softly after you put tofu in.
  9. It is super fragile.
