Bitter Gourd Champuru
- 1 Bitter gourd (whole)
- 1 package Tofu
- 4 Sausages
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Cut tofu into 3x3cm, dice-like shape and leave them for a while to remove some water.
- Cut gourd lengthways, take seeds away,
- And slice it into 5mm thick pieces.
- Boil the sliced gourd lightly to remove its bitter taste and drain the hot water.
- Fry gourd with sliced sausages.
- Add tofu and fry a bit more.
- Add salt and sugar, mix softly, and add egg and soy sauce.
- Note: mix the ingredients softly after you put tofu in.
- It is super fragile.
