Baltimore Pops
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
- 8 (5 oz.) paper or plastic cups
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 each wooden pop sticks
- Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions using 1 cup milk and 1 cup heavy cream; stir in peanuts.
- Spoon mixture equally into paper cups; set aside.
- Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions using remaining milk, heavy cream and peanut butter.
- Divide and spoon into cups over chocolate layer.
- Insert popsicle stick into center of each cup.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- To serve, peel off paper cups.
