Chicken Stewed in Tomato Sauce
- 1 fillet Chicken thigh
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Bell pepper
- 1 can Canned tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Chop the onion into wedges and break them apart.
- Chop the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil with minced garlic on low heat until fragrant.
- Add the chicken, and saute on medium to high heat until golden brown.
- When the chicken is cooked through halfway, add the onions and bell peppers and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
- When the vegetables are tender, add the canned tomato and the ingredients and simmer until the sauce is reduced to half the original amount.
