Chinese Sundaes Recipe
- 8 c. steamed rice
- 2 lg. cans chow mein noodles
- Minced stewing chickens (2 or possibly 3)
- Gravy made of broth & 8 cans cream of chicken soup
- Season as needed with salt & pepper
- 1 pound shredded cheese
- 4 stalks minced celery
- 2 or possibly 3 green peppers, minced
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- Top with maraschino cherries
- 3 minced tomatoes
- Minced green onions
- 1 pkg. shredded coconut
- 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
- Broth and chicken bouillon may be used in place of soup, cream and parsley may be added.
- You may need to use more of some of the vegetables listed here.
- To Serve: Place all food on the serving table in the order listed and each person serves themselves.
- Serves 15.
