SugaMamas 15 Minute Pasta Salad!
- 1 box Corkscrew Pasta
- 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 small Red Onion
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 cup Sliced Green Olives
- 3 stalk green onions
- 1 1/2 cup Bell peppers, finely chopped (red, yellow, orange)
- 2 Fresh Cilantro
- 4 dash Salt
- 6 dash Salad Seasoning
- 3 dash Dried Rosemary
- 6 dash Italian Seasoning
- 1 small Lemon
- 3 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 cup Hard Salami, pre-cut. Cut circles in half.
- 2 cup banana peppers or pepperoncinis
- 1 cup pickled artichokes, chopped
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli, cooked
- Boil pasta with olive oil for approx 10 - 15 mins
- Finely slice all vegetables and put in large bowl
- Add 1/2 of all spices to vegetables.
- Add 1 Cup of Italian dressing to vegetables.
- Mix /Toss ingredients.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to vegetables.
- Add rest of seasoning and 1 - 2 Cups of Italian dressing (to taste).
- Squeeze some lemon juice on top.
- Mix /Toss til coated well with Italian dressing and seasonings.
- Refrigerate for about an hour.
