Rosemary Raisin Pizza
- 1 whole 12" Pizza Dough, Thin Crust
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/2 cups Gorganzola Or Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- Preheat Oven to 450F.
- Spray a pizza pan with non-stick spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a very thin 12 inch crust and put it on the pan.
- Sprinkle dough with rosemary and raisins.
- Cook pizza for 10 minutes initially.
- Remove pizza from oven, add cheese and continue cooking until cheese is just melted and starting to brown.
- Remove from oven, cool for a few short minutes then cut and eat!
