Baked Haddock Recipe

  1. Mix salt, pepper and garlic together thoroughly and rub on both sides of fish fillets.
  2. Place in a buttered shallow baking dish.
  3. Combine butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Bake fish at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Baste with butter mix 2-3 times during baking.
  6. NOTES : Other white fish fillets may be substituted for haddock.
  7. Nutr.
