Easy in the Microwave Chewy Okara Dumplings
- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 100 grams Katakuriko
- 150 ml Water
- 3 grams Salt
- 6 grams Bonito flavored dashi stock granules
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Wrap the dough tightly to prevent it from drying out, and microwave it for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- Remove it from the microwave.
- Put your hands in plastic bags and knead it until springy.
- Wrap tightly once more and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Use plastic wrap to roll the dough into balls while still warm.
- All done.
