Easy in the Microwave Chewy Okara Dumplings

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Wrap the dough tightly to prevent it from drying out, and microwave it for 3 minutes at 600 W.
  3. Remove it from the microwave.
  4. Put your hands in plastic bags and knead it until springy.
  5. Wrap tightly once more and microwave for 2 minutes.
  6. Use plastic wrap to roll the dough into balls while still warm.
  7. All done.
