Creamy Chicken Cracker Dip
- 1- 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, Diced
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Celery, Finely Minced
- 1 teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 boxes Favorite Cracker Assortment
- 1) Mix together mayonnaise and softened cream cheese.
- (Note: If you need to quickly soften the cream cheese, put it in a microwave-safe bowl and nuke it on high for 30 seconds.
- Stir, and repeat if necessary.)
- 2) Mix in the two salts.
- 3) Finely dice the cooked chicken breast and celery, and thinly slice onion.
- Reserve some of the green part of the onion for garnish.
- 4) Thoroughly incorporate chicken, celery, and onion into cream cheese mixture.
- 5) Scoop into small bowl, garnish, and chill in refrigerator.
- 6) Serve with an assortment of your favorite crackers.
