Mexican Dorito Casserole
- 1 pound Lean Hamburger
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Reduced Fat Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Spicy Chili Beans
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Rotel, Drained
- 1 bag (11.5 Oz. Size) Spicy Nacho Doritos
- 1- 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown meat in a large skillet.
- Once meat is cooked, add soup, beans and Rotel and stir.
- Crush about 3/4 of the Doritos and place them in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour the meat mixture on top of chips.
- Add the rest of the crushed chips on top, and top with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sides are bubbly.
