Broccoli Bake Recipe

• 2 boxes frzn minced broccoli
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 stick butter
• Dash of salt & pepper
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 Large eggs, well beaten
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing or possibly homemade stuffing of any kind

1. Cook and drain broccoli.
2. Combine soup, mayonnaise, Large eggs, salt and pepper to broccoli.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top.
4. Heat stick of butter and pour over top and add in stuffing to top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
