Low-Fat Chicken Salad

  1. Drain water off chicken.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Serve on 1 crisp lettuce leaf and garnish with 2 tomato wedges.
