Bacon Onion Bread Recipe
- 1 pkt Eagle Mills Sourdough bread mix
- 1 pkt Bacon-Onion Dip mix - (0.56 ounce)
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. small curd dairy cottage cheese
- Combine Eagle Mills Sourdough Bread Fold in bread machine with bacon-onion dip mix.
- Add in water and cottage cheese and program bread machine on medium crust - white bread cycle.
- Slice when cold.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb.
- loaf.
- Comments: Makes an excellent and unusual bread to use with warm beef sandwiches.
