Bacon Onion Bread Recipe

• 1 pkt Eagle Mills Sourdough bread mix
• 1 pkt Bacon-Onion Dip mix - (0.56 ounce)
• 3/4 c. water
• 3/4 c. small curd dairy cottage cheese

1. Combine Eagle Mills Sourdough Bread Fold in bread machine with bacon-onion dip mix.
2. Add in water and cottage cheese and program bread machine on medium crust - white bread cycle.
3. Slice when cold.
4. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb.

6. Comments: Makes an excellent and unusual bread to use with warm beef sandwiches.
7. Yield: 1 loaf
