Raspberry Creme Brulee

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Gradually stir milk into milk powder.
  3. Stir in egg substitute, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla.
  4. Place 5 raspberries in bottom of each of six 6 oz.
  5. custard cups.
  6. Top with custard mixture.
  7. Bake in pan filled with hot water to 1-inch depth about 35 minutes, until custard is set.
  8. Chill.
  9. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp.
  10. sugar over top of each custard and place cups on baking sheet.
  11. Broil 4-inches from heat until sugar is caramelized.
