Pepper Beef Sizzle

  1. In large bowl, combine very thinly sliced flank steak and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
  2. In 12-inch skillet, heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil on high.
  3. Add beef in single layer.
  4. Cook 1 minute or until browned on bottom; transfer to plate.
  5. In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil on medium-high until hot.
  6. Add 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring.
  8. Add carrots and water; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring.
  9. Return beef to skillet, along with coarsely ground black pepper and oyster sauce.
  10. Cook 1 minute, stirring.
