Pepper Beef Sizzle
- 1 lb. very thinly sliced flank steak
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 package shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- In large bowl, combine very thinly sliced flank steak and 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil on high.
- Add beef in single layer.
- Cook 1 minute or until browned on bottom; transfer to plate.
- In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil on medium-high until hot.
- Add 1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring.
- Add carrots and water; cook 2 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring.
- Return beef to skillet, along with coarsely ground black pepper and oyster sauce.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring.
