Dominicana

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the cream, Simple Syrup and 1 ice cube.
  2. Shake well to aerate the cream and melt the ice.
  3. Fill a pint glass with ice.
  4. Add the rum and liqueur; stir well.
  5. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  6. Spoon the whipped cream on top.
