Tomato cheese and olive log

  1. Fry onions, tomatoes and olives in some olive oil until golden
  2. Mix in the soft cheese to make creamy sauce
  3. Chop in the basil
  4. Thicken with the flour
  5. Unroll puff pastry and thinly spread with tomato paste
  6. Spoon on the sauce and spread leaving 3cm edge
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top
  8. Roll the pastry from one end to the other and glaze outside with milk
  9. Heat in preheated oven at 180degrees celcius for 25min or until golden
  10. Serve with side salad
