Tomato cheese and olive log
- 1 ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 large onion
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 15 green olives
- 20 grams soft cheese
- 50 grams cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato paste
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1 salad to serve
- Fry onions, tomatoes and olives in some olive oil until golden
- Mix in the soft cheese to make creamy sauce
- Chop in the basil
- Thicken with the flour
- Unroll puff pastry and thinly spread with tomato paste
- Spoon on the sauce and spread leaving 3cm edge
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Roll the pastry from one end to the other and glaze outside with milk
- Heat in preheated oven at 180degrees celcius for 25min or until golden
- Serve with side salad
