Taco Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Brown 2 lbs ground beef
  3. While hamburger cooks, start Spanish Rice, and dice the tomato.
  4. When oven is preheated, take a baking dish and lay Cresent Roll Dough sheet in bottom, making sure bottom is covered.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add tomato and taco seasoning to ground beef along with what water is required for taco seasoning.
  7. Reduce liquid until very little is left.
  8. Once the Cresent Roll Dough sheet is done and out of the oven, spread refried Beans on the bottom.
  9. Finish cooking rice (it took about 25 minutes for the rice I used to cook).
  10. Once the rice is finished cooking, begin layering.
  11. Start with ground beef/tomato mixture on top of refried beans.
  12. Next squeeze sour cream on top of hamburger mixture.
  13. Add rice on top of sour cream, then layer entire package of Mexican cheese.
  14. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, just until cheese starts to turn golden brown.
