No Sauce Simmering Pasta Toss

  1. Boil water for pasta, cook till desired doneness.
  2. chop the veggis into bite size or smaller pieces.
  3. Crumble the cheese and mix with veggis and oil.
  4. Drain pasta and toss with the veggi/cheese mixture till the cheese melts.
  5. Serve hot.
