Slow Cooker Sweet And Sour Pork Steaks

  1. In a skillet brown pork steaks on both sides in hot oil.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Transfer to any size crockpot.
  4. In a bowl, combine pineapple, green pepper, water, brown sugar, ketchup, tapioca, soy sauce, and dry mustard.
  5. Pour over pork steaks.
  6. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.
  7. Serve over rice if desired.
