Chocolate-Filled Matzo Stack
- 4 unsalted matzos
- 3 Tbsp. orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- Brush both sides of each matzo evenly with liqueur; set aside.
- Melt chocolate and margarine in medium saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool 10 min.
- Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
- Spread 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on one of the matzos.
- Cover with second matzo, with corners pointing in a different direction.
- Repeat layers, using remaining matzos and remaining chocolate mixture.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Store in refrigerator.
