Chocolate-Filled Matzo Stack

  1. Brush both sides of each matzo evenly with liqueur; set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate and margarine in medium saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  6. Spread 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on one of the matzos.
  7. Cover with second matzo, with corners pointing in a different direction.
  8. Repeat layers, using remaining matzos and remaining chocolate mixture.
  9. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
