Hamburger Pinwheels Recipe
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 pound pork sausage bacon
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 recipe baking pwdr biscuits
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Lowfat milk
- Cook onion till tender.
- Add in meat; cook till brown.
- Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Roll out biscuit dough into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread meat on dough and roll like a jelly roll.
- Cut into slices.
- Place, cut side up, on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees about 15 min.
- Sauce: 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 c. lowfat milk.
- Mix and heat through.
- Pour over pinwheels right before serving.
