Rotisserie chicken
- 5 1/2 lb chicken
- 1 spray butter
- 1 black pepper
- 1 Italian seasoning
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 chicken seasoning
- 1 lemon pepper seasoning
- pull innards from chicken cavity, save for another use
- spray with spray butter, helps seasoning stick.
- sprinkle each seasoning all over chicken and inside, set in fridge and let marinate for a few hours (not necessary but intensifies flavor)
- cook on rotisserie over medium heat till done, usually takes about an hour and a half to two hours, depending on how hot your grill cooks, your looking for a nice golden crust
- let her sit for at least 10 minutes before devouring!
