Rotisserie chicken

  1. pull innards from chicken cavity, save for another use
  2. spray with spray butter, helps seasoning stick.
  3. sprinkle each seasoning all over chicken and inside, set in fridge and let marinate for a few hours (not necessary but intensifies flavor)
  4. cook on rotisserie over medium heat till done, usually takes about an hour and a half to two hours, depending on how hot your grill cooks, your looking for a nice golden crust
  5. let her sit for at least 10 minutes before devouring!
