Polish Stir Fry
- 1 lb fully cooked kielbasa
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 extra large white onion
- 1 teaspoon savory
- Slice Kielbasa into rounds.
- Julienne bell pepper and onion.
- In a large skillet saute kielbasa over medium high heat until it starts to give off it's own fat.
- Add green bell peppers and and saute 2 minutes.
- Add onions and savory.
- Saute until the vegetables have softened.
