Polish Stir Fry

  1. Slice Kielbasa into rounds.
  2. Julienne bell pepper and onion.
  3. In a large skillet saute kielbasa over medium high heat until it starts to give off it's own fat.
  4. Add green bell peppers and and saute 2 minutes.
  5. Add onions and savory.
  6. Saute until the vegetables have softened.
