Taco Beef Pie
- 2 whole Eggs
- 8 ounces, weight Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning (chili Powder Is Good Too)
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 15 ounces, weight Can Of Corn
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Chopped Pickled Jalapenos
- 1/4 cups Chopped Pimentos
- 13 cups Saltine Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (taco-seasoned Cheese Is Also Good)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2.
- Spray pie plate.
- 3.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and taco seasoning.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in meat.
- 4.
- In a separate bowl, mix corn, onion, jalapenos, pimentos, crumbs, cumin, salt and pepper.
- 5.
- Place 1/2 of meat mixture in the pie pan and pat to flatten and cover the bottom of the dish.
- Top with corn mixture.
- Finish off with second 1/2 of meat mixture, smoothing to cover the corn and seal the pie.
- 6.
- Cook in oven for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven, layer with tomato slices, top with cheese, and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
